A few formatting tips from thecitypress
When formatting a file to be printed by thecitypress, create a PDF file using the highest PDF style setting for press. This will increase the file size and ensures the highest quality print-ready file.
To minimize font conflicts, convert fonts to a graphic when available. If applicable also choose to embed fonts when necessary.
When prompted always save your file with CMYK color options (not RGB)
In many cases, to create a PDF, a PostScript printer needs to be installed on your computer.
