NCR Multi Part Business Forms

 

NCR - No-Carbon-Required - paper is a modern, fuss-free alternative to carbon paper and is used to make a copy of an original, handwritten document without the use of any electronics.

It was specifically developed to be a biodegradable, stain-free alternative to carbon paper and this makes NCR, more commonly known as Carbonless paper, ideal for business invoices, delivery notes, contracts, receipts, agreements and statements.

At thecitypress we can supply individual sets of Carbonless NCR forms as 2 part, 3 part or even 4 part depending upon the usage. In a carbonless form set, the top sheet is typically printed onto white stock paper, with subsequent sheets of varying colors beneath.

However at thecitypress we are able to produce your Carbonless Forms and NCR Forms with any non-standard color schemes.

In addition, thecitypress can finish your carbonless NCR forms in a number of ways, such as: Numbered, Reverse (Back side) printed or printed in non-standard ink colors. We can design your carbonless forms from scratch or can re-set your existing NCR forms if required.

For Example

A basic multi part NCR form would be 8.5" x 11" 20 lb stock paper printed on one side in black ink only, following the standard color sequence with identical copy on each sheet. However thecitypress are capable of supplying custom stock to your specifications.

Forms can be finished as pads, with or without sequential numbering or left as loose leaf sets. In addition if you choose to create a pad of carbonless forms you can choose which edge is to be glued. Quotations for carbonless NCR forms are based on a paper size of 8.5" x 11" however other sizes are available.
